as a group we came up with 4 main options to choose and decided that we would use the second one as it similar to some of beyonce's other album letterings which we thought would make our album cover look more realistic and link closer to beyonces work

IN TODAY'S LESSON

Today we took the rest of our images for our digipak, we found that some of the images we took before were too dark so we took new brighter images today and are very happy with what we got.

ALBUM AND MAGAZINE PHOTOGRAPHY

We took images for our ablum cover, CD and magazine advert today. These are a few of the images we took Some of the images were too dark or too bright so we will have to take some more images for the rest of the CD

FEEDBACK ON ADVERT AND CD

Generally our peers understood the concept and idea of our magazine advert and thought that the colour scheme went well together and also linked with the album which was effective in addition to this they thought that it was clear that the poster was a music poster and linked well. However our peers thought that our advert looked very basic and looked as if it was missing a lot of things and didn’t have much colour to it. Our focus group thought that our CD’s simplicity worked well together and also that it was effective and even though there was no colour it looked professional; also if they saw this in a music store they would pick it out due to the effectiveness of the front cover. Some negative comments were that iswas very simple and didn’t have much to it.
